I am very proud to lead this school and I am especially proud of the improvements that we have seen.

We have worked tirelessly to improve our school and our Ofsted grading recently improved to reflect the changes that we have made. Our attendance figures and behaviour figures have all improved significantly. More trips and enrichment clubs are running that ever before and our students love to attend these out of school experiences. Our outcomes also improved last year. We are very lucky that our staff willingly give up their time to support our students and we have had intervention running for year 11s every evening for the last 2 years.

We are proud of our Christian roots and the community that we serve. After consultation, our values changed in September 2024:

We have values champions for each of our values. These values champions help us to understand what it truly means to embody these values. We are proud of our values and they are spoken about daily in school and help us all to remember what it is to be a good person, as well as wanting the best for ourselves and each other.
